Public art enriches neighborhoods and the communities that live within. The Riverwalk has many murals, sculptures, and pieces of art dotting our urban landscape. Enjoy exploring the back alleys and main drags, taking photos along the way.
We encourage guests as well as locals to connect with our local murals and art tours through Art Spot Reno.
The Riverwalk area has more than 40 murals painted by local, national, and internationally recognized artists — a number that keeps growing. Many of the murals are large-scale, providing a new perspective on Reno’s landscape. You will discover a wide range of styles to observe — from graffiti lettering, illustration, landscape, and realism portraits.

Put on your walking shoes, grab your camera and use this map to go on a self-guided tour. We’ve estimated that it will take about 2 hours to leisurely walk it. Give yourself more time to check out some of the local cafes and shops along the way. Keep your eyes open for the red and yellow Art Spot Reno flags along the way. Those are businesses that feature a variety of local art.
Join us every first Sat. at 10 a.m. for a docent-led tour. Tours alternate monthly between the Public Art and Mural Expo tours. Private tours can be arranged for groups of six or more.
Tickets are $10 per person day of, both tours leave from the BELIEVE sculpture in City Plaza, 10 N. Virginia St. Questions are encouraged, email us at artspotreno@gmail.com.
